Availability

Bookings normally run Saturday to Saturday, guests should vacate by about 10 am on day of departure, if there is an incoming guest later that day, but we aim to be flexible. Short breaks have no fixed days - we do our best to fit in with guests' requirements.

Unit number 12 is available for weekend or mid week short type breaks, but we will make other units available if they have not been booked for a full 7/14 night holiday.

All units are only available to families and couples or singles. Rental cost includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels for full week and short break holidays as well as access to the clubhouse.

If you wish to book a holiday please either email us or telephone. A 20% non returnable deposit is required, we will issue an on line invoice via Paypal or accept a cheque. We will issue a booking confirmation, we reserve the right to reallocate dates to other guests if the deposit is not paid. Holidays within three months of booking are to be paid in full at time of booking. Please ensure you read the "site rules" before booking. Dogs are allowed, but not cats, the charge for a dog(s) is a one off £20 per holiday,for up to two dogs.

From October, 2010 full 7 day holidays are available throughout the Autumn and Winter @ £350 for units with gas central heating in all rooms. For short breaks contact us for price and availability.

We are open all year and there are lots of vacancies for October onwards- with special deals over Xmas and New Year and for extended holidays of up to four months.(at only £100 per week-ideal for those wishing to test whether they would like to live in a park community)
