If you are looking for a self catering caravan holiday Devon and Cornwall is an ideal location. We are based between Launceston and Holsworthy on the Devon & Cornwall boundary; centrally located for all the major attractions that the Southwest has to offer. Bude is only 25 mins by car and the A30 is only 5 miles away giving quick access to the Eden project, Padstow, Newquay and Land's End, and many more exciting venues. Dartmoor National Park is on our doorstep for those looking for a walking holiday or traffic free cycling routes in Devon or Cornwall. The holiday park is set in quiet countryside. Dog friendly and with full disabled and wheelchair facilities in the clubhouse (although only assistance dogs are allowed in the clubhouse)-the park is only available to families, couples and singles. The park is open all year - check out our Christmas and New year special deals- we can even offer up to four month holidays in the winter! Above is the "Arscott Arms"- the local 17th century pub opposite the park. Superb food, real ales and a sheltered beer garden.

Short breaks throughout most of the summer are available. Also Xmas/New year special - £300 per week or £500 for two weeks - but bring your own turkey! We just supply the fan assisted oven!
